Arrival Window.

We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we're running late, we'll contact you.


Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes by 5PM the day before service to avoid incurring a $45 cancellation fee.


If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we'll try to make things right.


A hold will be placed on your card the day before service. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just a pre-authorization. You won't be charged until after the service is completed and you will receive an email invoice immediately.
