Service Policy

 

BILLING

 

All payments are due in full upon completion of each appointment.

Credit Card Payments: A hold will be placed on your card the day before service. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just a pre-authorization. You won’t be charged until after the service is completed and you will receive an email invoice immediately.

 

ARRIVAL WINDOW

 

We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking, if there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. Our arrival window is usually 2 hours. If we’re running late, we’ll contact you.

 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

 

If you’re not happy with your cleaning, please contact us right away, or within 24 hours of the job completion. We will return to your house within 48 hours and re-clean all disputed areas free of charge. If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes by 5pm the day before service to avoid incurring a $45.00 cancellation fee. The same fee will be charged if we cannot gain access to your home.  Please consider how late cancellations may negatively impact the cleaning professionals earning potential for the day. Without enough notice, it’s difficult for us to find replacement cleanings.

 

NON-SOLICITATION

 

When using services provided by Your Cleaning Fairy, you agree not to solicit for direct hire or allow to solicit any cleaning professionals introduced to you by Your Cleaning Fairy, while the cleaner is employed/contracted by Your Cleaning Fairy and two years after.
